Etiquette & Session Preparation
Dear Client,
Please review the recommendations for preparing for your treatment to receive the full benefit from it, as well as the guidelines for behavior during the session.
By booking a treatment, you agree to follow this etiquette.
We appreciate your attention to ensuring a pleasant and respectful atmosphere.
Our specialists treat every guest with care and attention. We respect your personal boundaries and will do everything to ensure you feel comfortable and safe during the session.
Please be in your apartment and ready at the scheduled time.
If you are late, delay opening the door, or are unprepared for the treatment, the session duration may be shortened, but the full price will still apply.
For delays of more than 15 minutes, your session may be canceled. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a partial fee of 50% of the booked treatment price to cover expenses related to organizing and providing the service.
Please shower on the day of your treatment to feel refreshed and prepared.
We kindly recommend that gentlemen shave at least three hours before a facial treatment to avoid any potential skin irritation.
To ensure your comfort during the session, try to avoid heavy meals a few hours beforehand.
We also ask that you refrain from intense sun exposure the day before your treatment to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
For the best results, please avoid using strong perfumes or scented lotions prior to your session.
Lastly, don’t forget to drink plenty of water before and after your session. Staying hydrated helps your body’s natural detoxification process and enhances the full benefits of your treatment.
Medical Conditions and Personal Responsibility
If you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, other medical conditions, or if you are pregnant, we recommend that you consult your doctor before booking any treatments.
Please inform our specialist of any relevant medical concerns, as this information is essential for your safety and comfort.
Please note that the final decision and responsibility for determining if these services are suitable for you is entirely your own.
Non-infectious Skin Conditions
If your skin is sensitive or prone to bruising, please inform your specialist in advance.
Additionally, if you have any non-contagious skin conditions (such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, or large moles) in the areas to be treated, please inform the specialist so they can avoid those areas or treat them with extra care.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Please inform your specialist if you have any allergies or sensitivities to the products or ingredients used during the treatment (e.g., oils, essential oils, lotions, creams, honey, chocolate).
Infections
If you are experiencing any signs of infection (such as fever, sore throat, or runny nose) or contagious illness, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your session.
Please be aware that, in accordance with hygiene regulations, specialists are not permitted to provide services to clients with visible signs of skin infections or conditions affecting the hair or mucous membranes. In such cases, a doctor’s note confirming that the condition is not contagious and that it is safe to proceed with the treatment must be presented. If such documentation is not available, the specialist may kindly decline to provide the treatment.
Pre-Session Health Assessment and Session Termination
Please note that before beginning the session, the specialist reserves the right to assess the area of the body intended for treatment, as well as the client’s general external health condition and the information provided in the Client Form (if it has been completed). If any health concerns are identified that may be unsuitable for the treatment, the specialist may decline to proceed for the safety and well-being of the client. Additionally, if the specialist notices any signs of worsening health during the treatment, they have the right to stop the session without the client’s consent.
For more detailed information about contraindications for massages, facials, and body treatments, please refer to the “Contraindications” section.
The session time includes a few minutes both before the treatment, allowing you to change in a relaxed manner, and after it, so you can return to your day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
To ensure a peaceful experience, we kindly ask you to set your mobile phone and other devices to silent mode before the session begins.
We also recommend removing any jewelry. Please note that the specialist cannot be held responsible for any damage to jewelry worn during the session.
For your comfort and convenience, disposable underwear, a cap, and slippers will be provided.
If your treatment includes a foot massage, the specialist will gently disinfect your feet before beginning.
Before the treatment starts, you will have the opportunity to ask the specialist any questions and share your preferences regarding the upcoming session.
During certain treatments, you may be asked to take a shower, for example, to rinse off a body wrap or scrub.
If at any point during the session you experience pain or discomfort, please inform the specialist immediately. They will make any necessary adjustments or, if needed, stop the session. Please remember that the massage should not cause significant pain, and you should not endure it if it occurs during the treatment.
Your body will be comfortably draped with a sheet or towels throughout the treatment, with only the areas being massaged or treated at that moment uncovered.
Intimate areas will always remain covered and will never be touched or massaged.
We provide professional massages, facials, and body treatments, and we greatly value politeness and respect from both clients and anyone else present in the apartment, as well as from our specialists.
Please understand that the session will be terminated immediately in the event of any inappropriate behavior or actions from the client or any individuals present that may compromise the specialist’s safety or well-being.
This includes, but is not limited to: disrespectful comments, requests or actions of an intimate nature, harassment, exposure of intimate body parts, offensive language, or threatening actions.
Additionally, services will not be provided if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If the session is denied or terminated for any of the above reasons, the client will be required to pay the full price of the booked treatment (100%).
You have the right to end the session earlier than the scheduled time.
If you do so within the first 10 minutes, you will only be required to pay 50% of the booked treatment price. Please note that if more than 10 minutes have passed, the treatment will be considered fully provided, and the full price (100%) will apply, even if you decide to end it early.
After your treatment, you may feel deeply relaxed, a bit sleepy, or experience mild muscle soreness. Take your time when getting up from the massage table, and move slowly in the first few moments to allow your body to adjust. Be mindful when using stairs, and if you’re feeling drowsy, consider resting a bit before driving.
We also recommend drinking plenty of water and opting for lighter meals after your treatment to support your body’s recovery and well-being.
