Health & Contraindications
Dear Client,
Thank you for taking care of your health.
Dear Client, the services we provide – massages, facials, and body treatments – are not medical in nature and are intended to support your overall well-being, relaxation, stress relief, and reduction of muscle tension.
While our specialists are qualified, certified, and experienced professionals, they are not medical practitioners or doctors. Therefore, they do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental conditions, nor can they guarantee improvements in health.
If you have any health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns, we recommend you consult your doctor and obtain approval before receiving massages, facials, or body treatments.
If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before undergoing any massages or treatments, regardless of the pregnancy stage.
Please inform our specialist of any relevant medical concerns, as this information is essential for your safety and comfort.
Please note that the final decision and responsibility for determining if these services are suitable for you is entirely your own.
Before beginning the session, the specialist reserves the right to assess the area of the body intended for treatment, as well as the client’s general external health condition and the information provided in the Client Form (if it has been completed). If any health concerns are identified that may be unsuitable for the treatment, the specialist may decline to proceed for the safety and well-being of the client. Additionally, if the specialist notices any signs of worsening health during the treatment, they have the right to stop the session without the client’s consent.
If you are experiencing any signs of infection (such as fever, sore throat, or runny nose) or contagious illness (e.g., common cold, flu, coronavirus, gastrointestinal infections, meningitis, tuberculosis, shingles, contagious skin conditions), we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your session.
If you have any non-contagious skin conditions (such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, or large moles) in the areas to be treated, please inform the specialist so they can avoid those areas or treat them with extra care.
Please be aware that, in accordance with hygiene regulations, specialists are not permitted to provide services to clients with visible signs of skin infections or conditions affecting the hair or mucous membranes. In such cases, a doctor’s note confirming that the condition is not contagious and that it is safe to proceed with the treatment must be presented. If such documentation is not available, the specialist may kindly decline to provide the treatment.
Please inform your specialist if you have any allergies or sensitivities to the products or ingredients used during the treatment (e.g., oils, essential oils, lotions, creams, honey, chocolate).
Before booking a treatment, we recommend reviewing its description. If you have any questions about the products or ingredients used, feel free to ask the Administrator or your specialist.
If at any point during the session you experience pain or discomfort, please inform the specialist immediately. They will make any necessary adjustments or, if needed, stop the session.
Please remember that the massage should not cause significant pain, and you should not endure it if it occurs during the treatment.
After the treatment, you may feel temporarily drowsy or experience mild muscle soreness. There is also a certain risk of minor bruising or of exacerbating any undiagnosed injuries or pre-existing conditions.
To ensure your comfort and safety, please inform the specialist if you have sensitive or bruise-prone skin, any blood clotting disorders, are taking blood-thinning medications, or if you have any other health concerns.
