Information & Terms
Dear Client,
Please take a moment to review the terms and limitations for massages, facials, and body treatments during your stay at “House Name”.
By booking our services, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the terms and consent to receive the treatments.
For your comfort and safety, we also recommend reviewing the sections “Etiquette” and “Contraindications”.
Thank you for your attention and understanding.
Advance booking is required.
Please make your reservation at least a few hours before your desired time, as treatments are provided by invited specialists.
We kindly ask for your understanding that availability at your preferred date and time cannot be guaranteed. However, the sooner you contact the Administrator to book your treatments, the better your chances of confirming your reservation.
To book, please reach out to the Administrator:
via WhatsApp

The Administrator will respond during treatment hours (9 AM to 9 PM, daily) and when possible outside of those hours. Please leave a message, and the Administrator will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.
If you do not receive an immediate response, please rest assured that we will contact you as soon as possible.
Treatments are considered booked only once you receive confirmation from the Administrator.
Our services are available to individuals aged 16 and older.
We provide treatments by prior booking only, available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekdays and weekends.
If you would like to schedule a treatment outside these hours, please contact the Administrator in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Your treatments will be provided in the comfort of the house. Please be prepared to open the door when the specialist rings or knocks (as the doorbell may not be functional).
We also ask that you stay easily reachable shortly before your scheduled session.
The payment method will be agreed with you during the booking process.
Available options:
- Cash payment directly to the specialist at the end of the session (please prepare the exact amount);
- Online payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), China UnionPay), Apple Pay, or Google Pay prior to the session.
Tips for the specialist are not included in the treatment price and may be given at your discretion.
If paying online, the Administrator will send you a secure payment link. Please complete the full prepayment at least two hours before the session to allow time for processing.
After a successful online payment, a confirmation will be sent to your email. We recommend saving this confirmation in case proof of payment is needed.
All online payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment system.
Our website sample-house.thespa.lv does not receive, store, or process your card details — this information is transmitted directly to the payment system.
We kindly ask you to be at the house and ready at the scheduled time.
If you are late, delay opening the door, or are unprepared for the treatment, the session duration may be shortened, but the full price will still apply.
For delays of more than 15 minutes, your session may be canceled. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a partial fee of 50% of the booked treatment price to cover expenses related to organizing and providing the service.
If the specialist is delayed, the session may also be shortened. In such cases, if you agree to proceed with a shorter session, the treatment price will be adjusted accordingly.
If the specialist is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as sudden illness or an emergency), you will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund if a prepayment was made.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please inform the Administrator no later than 3 hours before your session:
via WhatsApp

Without timely notice, it may be considered a no-show, and we reserve the right to charge a partial fee of 50% of the booked treatment price to cover expenses associated with organizing and delivering the service.
Outside of treatment hours (9:00 PM to 9:00 AM), we kindly ask you to send a text message instead of calling.
The duration specified in the treatment description includes time for you to change before the session and a few minutes afterward for you to dress and ease back into reality in a relaxed state.
When the specialist arrives, they will need 10-15 minutes to set up and prepare, as well as 10-15 minutes after the session to pack up. This means the specialist may be at the house for an additional 20-30 minutes beyond the session time, so please plan accordingly.
You have the right to end the session earlier than the scheduled time.
If you do so within the first 10 minutes, you will only be required to pay 50% of the booked treatment price. Please note that if more than 10 minutes have passed, the treatment will be considered fully provided, and the full price (100%) will apply, even if you decide to end it early.
We kindly ask you to review the treatment description before booking. If you have any questions about the treatment, feel free to ask the Administrator before finalizing your booking.
Please note that you will receive the treatment you’ve booked.
We appreciate your understanding that the specialist may not be able to make changes to the treatment right before or during the session, as certain materials or skills may be required for different treatments.
If the specialist’s schedule allows and you wish to extend your session or add services (like a foot or scalp massage), this can be arranged for an additional fee.
If you have any specific requests, such as avoiding certain areas (like the head, abdomen, or feet), please communicate these preferences to the specialist before the session begins.
Please note that prices and available treatments may change at any time.
However, once your booking is confirmed by the Administrator, the price remains fixed for your session.
Tips for the specialist are not included in the treatment price and may be given at your discretion.
The validity of a service package or course is 3 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that unused services within a package or course are non-refundable.
We kindly remind you that availability for your preferred date and time cannot be guaranteed, especially for last-minute bookings. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend scheduling all services within the package or course in advance, particularly if your stay is brief.
Nature of Our Services
Dear Client, the services we provide – massages, facials, and body treatments – are not medical in nature and are intended to support your overall well-being, relaxation, stress relief, and reduction of muscle tension.
While our specialists are qualified, certified, and experienced professionals, they are not medical practitioners or doctors. Therefore, they do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental conditions, nor can they guarantee improvements in health.
Medical Conditions and Personal Responsibility
If you have any health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns, we recommend you consult your doctor and obtain approval before receiving massages, facials, or body treatments.
If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before undergoing any massages or treatments, regardless of the pregnancy stage.
Please inform our specialist of any relevant medical concerns, as this information is essential for your safety and comfort.
Please note that the final decision and responsibility for determining if these services are suitable for you is entirely your own.
Infections and Skin Conditions
If you are experiencing any signs of infection (such as fever, sore throat, or runny nose) or contagious illness, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your session.
If you have any non-contagious skin conditions (such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, or large moles) in the areas to be treated, please inform the specialist so they can avoid those areas or treat them with extra care.
Please be aware that, in accordance with hygiene regulations, specialists are not permitted to provide services to clients with visible signs of skin infections or conditions affecting the hair or mucous membranes. In such cases, a doctor’s note confirming that the condition is not contagious and that it is safe to proceed with the treatment must be presented. If such documentation is not available, the specialist may kindly decline to provide the treatment.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Please inform your specialist if you have any allergies or sensitivities to the products or ingredients used during the treatment (e.g., oils, essential oils, lotions, creams, honey, chocolate).
Managing Pain and Discomfort
If at any point during the session you experience pain or discomfort, please inform the specialist immediately. They will make any necessary adjustments or, if needed, stop the session. Please remember that the massage should not cause significant pain, and you should not endure it if it occurs during the treatment.
Pre-Session Health Assessment and Session Termination
Please note that before beginning the session, the specialist reserves the right to assess the area of the body intended for treatment, as well as the client’s general external health condition and the information provided in the Client Form (if it has been completed). If any health concerns are identified that may be unsuitable for the treatment, the specialist may decline to proceed for the safety and well-being of the client. Additionally, if the specialist notices any signs of worsening health during the treatment, they have the right to stop the session without the client’s consent.
For more detailed information about contraindications for massages, facials, and body treatments, please refer to the “Contraindications” section.
Dear Client, please review the situations in which a service may be refused or terminated by either the specialist or the client.
The specialist reserves the right to refuse or terminate services under the following circumstances:
Signs of Infection
If the client shows any signs of infection (such as fever, sore throat, or runny nose) or any contagious illness, the session will not proceed.
Suspected Skin Infections
If the client has signs of a skin infection or conditions affecting the hair or mucous membranes, and cannot provide a doctor’s note confirming that the condition is not contagious, the specialist may, depending on the situation, decline to provide the service entirely or limit it to unaffected areas.
Intoxication
If the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, services will not be provided.
Inappropriate Behavior
Please understand that the session will be terminated immediately in the event of any inappropriate behavior or actions from the client or any individuals present that may compromise the specialist’s safety or well-being. This includes, but is not limited to, disrespectful comments, requests or actions of an intimate nature, harassment, exposure of intimate body parts, offensive language, or threatening actions.
If the session is denied or terminated for any of the above reasons, the client will be required to pay the full price of the booked treatment (100%).
Health Concerns
Before beginning the session, the specialist reserves the right to assess the area of the body intended for treatment, as well as the client’s general external health condition and the information provided in the Client Form (if it has been completed). If any health concerns are identified that may be unsuitable for the treatment, the specialist may decline to proceed for the safety and well-being of the client. Additionally, if the specialist notices any signs of worsening health during the treatment, they have the right to stop the session without the client’s consent.
If the refusal or termination of service is due to the client’s health condition or information provided in the Client Form, we reserve the right to charge a partial fee of 50% of the booked treatment price to cover costs related to organizing and providing the service.
Other Situations
The specialist may also refuse or terminate the session in other unforeseen circumstances where it is deemed that proceeding may pose a risk to the health of the client or otherwise endanger the health and safety of the specialist, the client, or those present.
In cases where such a situation arises through no fault of the specialist, a partial fee of 50% of the booked treatment price may be charged to cover costs associated with the organization and provision of the service.
Client-Initiated Termination
The client has the right to withdraw their consent to receive services at any time, in which case the session will be stopped. If you choose to do so within the first 10 minutes, you may only be required to pay 50% of the booked treatment price. However, if more than 10 minutes have passed, the treatment will be considered fully provided, and the full price (100%) will apply, even if you decide to end it early.
